Troubleshooting

Mojo Up AI Cloud

Fixes for sign-in, invitation, workbench approval and team ownership problems on Mojo Up AI Cloud.

Signing in

The email code did not arrive

Check your junk or spam folder for a message from no-reply@mojoup.com.au, then choose Send a new code. You can ask for up to five codes for one address in an hour; after that, wait an hour.

"That code is not right" or "that code has expired"

A code works for 10 minutes and allows five tries. Ask for a new one, and use the newest code you received.

"Too many requests"

Sign-in is rate-limited for each network address. Wait a minute and try again.

I signed in with Facebook and got a new, empty account

Facebook does not verify email addresses in a way Mojo Up can rely on, so signing in with Facebook never joins an existing account by itself. To fix it:

  1. While signed in to the new, empty account, delete it: Settings, then Delete your account.
  2. Sign in to your original account another way.
  3. In Settings, under Sign-in methods, choose Add a way to sign in, then Facebook.

The same applies to any provider that did not verify your address. See Sign-in methods.

"That address already signs in to another Mojo Up account"

A sign-in method can belong to only one account. Sign in to the other account and remove the method there (or delete that account), then add it to this one.

Invitations

"This invitation has ended"

The invitation was withdrawn, already used, or is more than a week old. Ask the person who sent it for a new one.

"This invitation is for another address"

An invitation can only be accepted by someone who signs in with the address it was sent to. Either choose Sign in with another account and use that address, or add the address to your account first (Settings → Sign-in methods → Add a way to sign in, then type it and enter the code), and open the invitation again.

Workbenches and nodes

The code expired before I approved it

A workbench's code works for ten minutes. Start again from the workbench: Settings → Organisation → Sign in with Mojo Up. A node's code works for 24 hours.

The workbench joined the wrong organisation

It joined whichever organisation was active in the console when you approved it. Revoke it there (open it under Workbenches, then Revoke access), switch to the right organisation, and connect it again.

"This workbench is not connected to the relay right now"

The workbench is closed, asleep, offline, or signed out. Open it, check Settings → Organisation shows it signed in, and try again. It needs to be able to make outbound HTTPS connections to ai.mojoup.com.au.

A node is waiting and I cannot approve it

Only a team's owners and admins approve nodes. Choose Pass to an approver, and ask one of them to approve it in Enrol a workbench or under Nodes.

Teams

"Make someone else an owner first"

A team always keeps at least one owner. Before the last owner leaves, steps down, or deletes their account, they make another member an owner on the Team page.

I cannot invite people

Only owners and admins invite people, and only to a team: your personal space cannot take members. Create a team first.
