Sign-in methods
Sign in to Mojo Up AI Cloud with Google, Microsoft, GitHub, Facebook or an emailed code, and add or remove the ways you sign in.
Mojo Up AI Cloud has no passwords of its own. You prove who you are with an account you already have, or with a code Mojo Up emails you. One Mojo Up account can have several sign-in methods, so you can get in whichever way is handy.
Sign in
Go to cloud.ai.mojoup.com.au and choose one of:

| Continue with email | Mojo Up emails you a six-digit code. Type it in. It works for 10 minutes. |
The first time you sign in, Mojo Up creates your account and your personal space. There is nothing else to sign up for.
Emailed codes
- A code works for 10 minutes, and allows five tries.
- You can ask for at most five codes for one address in an hour. If you hit the limit, wait an hour.
- Did not get it? Check your junk folder, then choose Send a new code. The code comes from
no-reply@mojoup.com.au.
Use the same account with several methods
When you sign in with a new method, Mojo Up looks for an account that already uses the same email address, and joins the new method to it, but only when the provider has verified that address. That way nobody can reach your account by claiming your email address somewhere that does not check it.

If a method cannot be joined automatically, signing in with it creates a separate account. To avoid that, add it while you are signed in.
Add a way to sign in
- Sign in to the console and open Settings.
- Under Sign-in methods, find Add a way to sign in.
- Either:
- choose a provider (Google, Microsoft, GitHub or Facebook) and sign in there; you come back to Settings with it added; or
- type another email address, choose Send a code, enter the six digits and choose Add address.
A provider account or address can belong to only one Mojo Up account. If it already signs in to another one, Mojo Up says so and does not move it.
Remove a way to sign in
In Settings, under Sign-in methods, choose Remove on the method's row and confirm.
You cannot remove your only way to sign in. Add another first.
Sign out
In Settings, under Your profile, choose Sign out. Signing out ends that browser's session. Your workbenches stay connected: they have their own access, which you can revoke separately.
Single sign-on
Signing in through your organisation's own identity provider (single sign-on, with SCIM to keep members in step) is coming to Mojo Up AI Cloud. If you need it today, self-hosted AIOE signs people in through your own Microsoft Entra ID, Okta or other OpenID Connect provider.
