Connect a workbench
Approve an AI Workbench into your personal space or a team on Mojo Up AI Cloud, and take its access away again.
A workbench connects to Mojo Up AI Cloud with a short code that a person approves. Approving gives that workbench its own access to one organisation: your personal space or one of your teams. The workbench never holds your password or your sign-in; it holds a token of its own, which you can revoke at any time.
Connect
Start in the workbench
In AI Workbench, open Settings, then Organisation, choose Sign in with Mojo Up, then Continue. The workbench shows a code and opens Mojo Up AI Cloud in your browser with the code filled in.
Pick the organisation
In the console, check the organisation named at the top of the sidebar. The workbench joins whichever organisation is active when you approve. To connect it to a team, switch to that team first.
Approve
Check the code matches the one on the workbench, and approve. The workbench receives its access the next time it checks, a few seconds later, and appears under Workbenches.
If the browser did not open, or you are approving from another device, open Enrol a workbench in the console and type the code. A code works for ten minutes.
One workbench, several organisations
A workbench can be signed in to your personal space, to each of your teams, and to an organisation's own AIOE, all at once. Each is a separate space in the workbench, with its own projects, settings, secrets and memory, and its own access token. Switch between them in the workbench. See Sign-in and spaces.
See your workbenches
Workbenches in the console lists every workbench connected to the active organisation: who it belongs to, its version, whether it is reachable now, and its active agents. Choose one for its details. A workbench is reachable while it is running and connected to Mojo Up's relay.
Revoke a workbench
On the workbench's page in the console, choose Revoke access. Its token stops working straight away; to use it with Mojo Up AI Cloud again, connect it again.
You can also sign the workbench out from its own Settings → Organisation card with Sign out.
When someone leaves a team or is removed from it, the workbenches they connected to that team lose their access automatically.
