Delete your Mojo Up AI Cloud account

How to delete your Mojo Up AI Cloud account yourself or by asking us, and what is deleted with it.

You can delete your Mojo Up AI Cloud account at any time, yourself, from the Cloud console. If you cannot sign in, ask us and we will do it for you.

Delete it yourself

  1. Sign in at cloud.ai.mojoup.com.au with any of your sign-in methods.
  2. Open Settings, then go to Delete your account.
  3. Type your email address to confirm, then choose Delete account.

Your account is deleted straight away, and you are signed out.

Do you own a team?

If you are the only owner of a team that has other people in it, Mojo Up will not delete your account until you make someone else an owner of that team (or remove the other people). This stops a team being left without anyone who can manage it. See Change a role.

Ask us to delete it

If you cannot sign in, email privacy@mojoup.com.au from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm it is you, then delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your account, and every way you sign in to it, including the link to your Google, Microsoft, GitHub or Facebook account.
  • Your personal space, with its projects, memory, backups and records.
  • Teams where you are the only person, with everything in them.

From every other team, you are removed as a member, as if you had left. What you added to a team stays with that team, because it belongs to the team. Your workbenches and nodes lose their access to Mojo Up AI Cloud and stop syncing.

Deleting your Mojo Up account does not delete your Google, Microsoft, GitHub or Facebook account. To remove Mojo Up's access there too, remove "Mojo Up" from the apps connected to that account in its own settings.

Deletion cannot be undone. If you want to use Mojo Up AI Cloud again later, sign in again: you start with a new, empty account.

Facebook Login

If you signed in with Facebook, the steps above are how you delete the data Mojo Up holds about you, including the link to your Facebook account. You can also remove Mojo Up from the apps and websites connected to your Facebook account, in Facebook's own settings.
