Teams and organisations
Switch between your personal space and your teams, create and rename a team, and leave one.
On Mojo Up AI Cloud, everything belongs to an organisation. There are two kinds:
- Your personal space, created the first time you sign in. It is yours alone and cannot take members. It is on the Free plan.
- Teams, which anyone can create. A team has members, each with a role, and shares workbenches, projects, policies and secrets among them. A new team starts on the Free plan and can move to Teams.
You can belong to as many teams as you like. Each is kept apart from the others: what you do in one is not visible in another.
Switch organisation
The name at the top of the console's sidebar is the organisation you are working in. Choose it to see all of yours, your personal space first, with your role in each. Choose another to switch.
The active organisation matters when you approve a workbench or node: it joins the organisation that is active at that moment. See Connect a workbench.
Create a team
Choose the organisation name at the top of the sidebar, then Create a team. Give it a name and choose Create team. You become its owner, and the console switches to it.
The Create a team tutorial walks through inviting your first colleague.
Invite people and manage roles
Owners and admins manage people on the team's Team page: Invite people, change roles, withdraw invitations and remove members. See People and roles for the details, including what each role may do.
Rename a team
Owners and admins: on the Team page choose More, then Rename team.
Leave a team
On the Team page choose More, then Leave team, and confirm. Your workbenches lose their access to the team, and someone in it has to invite you back if you want to return.
If you are the team's only owner and others remain, make someone else an owner first. A team always keeps at least one owner.
What a team does not have on Mojo Up AI Cloud
Some features of self-hosted AIOE are not offered on Mojo Up AI Cloud, among them the WireGuard overlay, screen mirroring and taking control, business areas and the portfolio, budgets and chargeback, and compartments. See Cloud and self-hosted compared.
