Your workbenches
See each AI Workbench you can reach, its agents and events, and send an agent a message from your phone.
Workbenches is the app's home screen: the AI Workbench installs you can see in your organisation, with how many are connected. On Mojo Up AI Cloud, the pill at the top shows the active organisation; tap it to switch (see Switch organisation). It refreshes every 15 seconds while it is open; pull down to refresh now.
Each card shows the machine's name, its operating system and AI Workbench version, its owner, how many agents are active, its status and when it was last seen.
| Status | Means |
|---|---|
| Connected | The workbench is connected to the organisation's relay: you can approve, see agents and chat. |
| Online | The workbench is reporting to the organisation but not connected for remote control. |
| Offline | The workbench has not reported recently. |
If the list is empty, it says No workbenches yet: sign a workbench in to your organisation and enrol it.
One workbench
Tap a workbench to open it. At the top: Agents, Working and Approvals counts, then its Owner, Workspace and Last seen. Below are four tabs.

| Approvals | Tool permissions waiting on you, with Approve and Deny. See Approvals. |
| Agents | Each agent's status, its current tool and tasks, and how many approvals it waits on. Open questions for you are counted here. |
| Chat | Send a message to an agent (Send), or ask it to stop (Stop). Activity for the agent shows here; replies are summarised, so open the workbench for the full conversation. |
| Events | What the workbench has reported to your organisation, even while it is offline. |
Approvals, Agents and Chat need the workbench to be connected. When it is not, the app says Remote control is unavailable: on the workbench, check that it is signed in to your organisation and that remote control is connected (Settings → Organisation, the Remote control row). The Events tab still works.
Revoke access
Revoke access at the bottom of a workbench takes away its sign-in to your organisation. The workbench must be enrolled again to come back.
