Sign in and enrol a workbench
Sign the mobile app in to Mojo Up AI Cloud or your organisation, switch organisation, accept an invitation, and approve a workbench's sign-in code.
The phone does not pair with one workbench. You sign the app in, and it shows every AI Workbench you can see there. From the app you can also approve a new workbench's sign-in, so a workbench can be enrolled without a computer at hand.
The first screen asks where to sign in: Mojo Up AI Cloud (chosen to start with) or My organisation.
Choose Mojo Up AI Cloud
Leave Mojo Up AI Cloud selected. There is no address to look up.
Tap Continue with Google, Continue with Microsoft, Continue with GitHub or Continue with Facebook, and sign in in the browser that opens.
Or type your Email and tap Continue with email. Mojo Up emails you a six-digit code (no password). Enter it and tap Sign in. The code works for ten minutes; Send a new code sends another, and Use a different email starts again.
You are in
The app opens on Workbenches in your personal space. Your sign-in is kept in the phone's secure storage (the Keychain on iPhone, the Keystore on Android) and renewed for you.
Switch organisation (Mojo Up AI Cloud)
On Mojo Up AI Cloud, the app works in one organisation at a time: your personal space or one of your teams. Each keeps its own workbenches, projects and inbox.
The pill at the top of Workbenches shows the active organisation's name, with Mojo Up AI Cloud · Free or Mojo Up AI Cloud · Teams under it. Tap it to open Organisations: your personal space first ("Free · yours alone"), then each team with its plan and your role. Tap one to switch; the app remembers it. Workbenches, approvals, the inbox and enrolment all work in the active organisation.
If you leave a team, or are removed from it, the app moves you back to your personal space and says You are no longer in that team.
The app does not create teams or invite people: do that on the web, in the Mojo Up AI Cloud console. See Create a team.
Accept an invitation (Mojo Up AI Cloud)
When someone invites you to a team, the invitation link opens the invitation, in the app or in the browser. In the app it shows who invited you to which team, the role you join as, and until when the invitation works.
- If you are not signed in, sign in with any account that uses the email address the invitation is for.
- Tap Join followed by the team's name (for example Join Acme). The team becomes your active organisation.
Not now leaves the invitation for later. If it says This invitation has ended, it was withdrawn, already used, or is more than a week old: ask the person who sent it for a new one.
If the phone is signed in to a self-hosted organisation, the app asks you to sign out of it before you can sign in to Mojo Up AI Cloud and join.
Enrol a workbench from your phone
When AI Workbench signs in, it shows a code like ABCD-EFGH on Settings → Organisation. You can approve that code on your phone instead of in the browser or the console.
Open Enrol a workbench
On Workbenches, tap the Enrol a workbench button. On Mojo Up AI Cloud, first switch to the organisation the workbench should join: it joins the active one.
Enter the code
Type the code under Code shown by the workbench and tap Look up. Codes expire ten minutes after the workbench shows them.
Check it and approve
The app shows the workbench, its Workspace, the Organisation it joins (on Mojo Up AI Cloud), and what It will be able to do. Tap Approve, or Deny if it is not a workbench you expect.
The workbench receives its sign-in on its next check and appears under Workbenches. Tap Open it to go straight to it.
A link of the form mju-aioe://enrol?code=ABCD-EFGH opens the same screen with the code filled in and looked up.
Approving a headless node is done in the console, under Nodes → Pending, not in the app. See Join a node.
Your account and organisation
The app's Settings (the gear on Workbenches) shows:
- Organisation: on Mojo Up AI Cloud, its Name, Plan, what You are in it, and the Service; on a self-hosted organisation, its name, tenant and address.
- Account: your name and email, with Sign out. On a self-hosted organisation there is also Change organisation; on Mojo Up AI Cloud you switch organisation from Workbenches.
- Notifications: whether push is set up. See Notifications.
- Appearance: System, Light or Dark.
Sign out on Mojo Up AI Cloud ends this phone's sign-in, stops push notifications to this phone, and returns to the first screen. On a self-hosted organisation it forgets the app's tokens on this phone; your Microsoft session in the phone's browser is left as it is.
Renaming your account and managing your sign-in methods are done in the Mojo Up AI Cloud console.
Revoke a workbench
Open a workbench and tap Revoke access. The workbench loses its sign-in and must be enrolled again.
