MojoFlow

Dictionary

Teach MojoFlow the names and words it gets wrong, everywhere or only in certain apps.

The dictionary fixes the words MojoFlow keeps getting wrong: a product name, a colleague's surname, a term from your work. Corrections apply before anything else, even with clean-up off, and the words you add also help the speech model spell them right in the first place. Open Dictionary; changes save straight away.

Add a word

  • Should be: how it must come out, for example Mojo Up.
  • What MojoFlow hears (optional): what it types now, for example mojo app.

Choose Add. Leave the second box empty for a name that just needs its spelling or capitals kept, such as a product or a person.

Only in certain apps

Tick Only in certain apps for a word that means one thing in your code editor and something else in email, and choose the apps. In those apps, a word limited to them wins over a general one.

Teach a fix from your history

When a dictation comes out wrong, open History, find it, and choose Teach a fix. Copy the wrong words into What it heard, type the right spelling in Should be, and Save.

Suggestions from your corrections

When you fix the same word by voice correction more than once, it appears under Picked up from your corrections with how many times you fixed it. Teach it adds it everywhere; Only there adds it for the app you were in. Suggestions need history, so they build up over a session, or across restarts with Keep history between restarts on.

Try it

Under Try it, type something the way MojoFlow might hear it (for example "tell the mojo app team about hero ui") to see what your dictionary does to it, optionally as if you were in a particular app.

Keep it

Your dictionary is kept on your computer. Back it up to carry it to another one.
