What MojoFlow needs to run on Windows and Linux.

Without a Vulkan graphics driver, speech runs on the processor (slower) and clean-up is off.
On AMD Ryzen AI PCs with a neural processor, Windows also offers the battery saver speech model.
MojoFlow needs the internet only to download models and updates. Once the models are on your computer, dictation works offline.
