Pair your phone
Sign the mobile app in to Mojo Up AI Cloud or your organisation, find your workbench, and answer your first approval from your phone.
In this tutorial you sign the mobile app in, find your AI Workbench in it, turn on notifications and answer an agent's approval from your phone.
Before you start
- AI Workbench installed and signed in: to Mojo Up AI Cloud with Sign in with Mojo Up, or to your organisation. See Sign in and spaces.
- An iPhone, iPad or Android phone.
- The mobile app, called AIOE on your phone. Ask Mojo Up or your administrator where to install it from.
Sign in
Open the app. On the first screen, leave Mojo Up AI Cloud selected. Tap Continue with Google, Microsoft, GitHub or Facebook and sign in in the browser that opens, using the same account you use for Mojo Up AI Cloud.
Or type your Email, tap Continue with email, and enter the six-digit code Mojo Up emails you, then tap Sign in.
Choose the organisation
The app opens on Workbenches in your personal space. The pill at the top shows the active organisation. If your workbench is signed in to one of your teams, tap the pill and choose that team in Organisations.
Find your workbench
Your workbench is listed with its machine name, its owner (you) and its status. Connected means you can approve, see its agents and chat from the phone.
If the list is empty, the workbench is not signed in to this organisation yet. You can approve its sign-in from the phone: on the workbench, in Settings → Organisation, choose Sign in with Mojo Up and Continue with Mojo Up; then in the app tap Enrol a workbench, enter the code the workbench shows, and tap Look up and Approve. The workbench joins the organisation that is active in the app.
Turn on notifications
Tap Settings, then under Notifications tap Set up push and allow notifications. The row now says This phone is told when something needs you.
Answer an approval
On the workbench, open Chat, set the agent's permission mode to Supervised in the Access picker, and ask it to do something that changes a file. The agent stops and asks for permission.
On the phone, open your workbench and its Approvals tab (it shows how many are waiting). Tap Approve. The agent carries on at the workbench, and the approval is recorded in the audit log under your name.
You have paired your phone. Anything in your organisation's inbox that needs you now reaches your phone, and you can open any of your workbenches to see its agents. Teams and invitations are managed in the Mojo Up AI Cloud console; see Create a team.
